Looking for a friendly, compassionate, and outgoing personality! As this is a medical facility, but also a job that requires sales, we need someone with the desire to help people and have the personality that is suited for both a sales-like position from a medical perspective.
Previous experience is not required – we do on-site training! The job will be doing any/all of the following…
- Sell glasses based on doctor recommendations. This includes frame styling and applying their insurance benefits. Having an eye for fashion with a mix of medical knowledge will be key for success in this position. We will train someone with no optical experience, but having previous sales experience would help with the transition.
- Adjust frames (broken, crooked, etc.) -Troubleshoot any issues with glasses (vision issues, headaches with new lenses, etc.) Our goal is to WOW every patient every time! The customer experience is the most important thing to us. We have been an independently owned practice for over 30 years!

Vision Insurance Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, just under 40 total hours per week
- Day shift
- Monday to Thursday 8:45-6
